The 30A Beach House - Private Beach

We had a wonderful time! Jennifer and Kevin are fantastic VRBO hosts. Their place is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. It's an absolutely perfect location, very clean and comfortable, check-in/out was a breeze and easy to follow instructions. We'll be staying there again next time we visit the Seacrest/Rosemary/Alyce Beach area!

Best ever!!!! Best host ever !

This was our first time to 30A. We had the best stay here. We were just steps to the beach and an easy walk to the town. Jennifer and Kevin were great hosts and they decorated the place beautifully. They added special touches that I had not seen before, staying at a VRBO. They made it feel so very welcoming

The villa/house was very clean and nice! It was also in a great location to be able to walk to many restaurants and boutiques! Have stayed in Santa Rosa Beach area in July and was not as convenient to places. Rosemary Beach is also a bit newer and more upscale. There was a problem with the dryer the first day and the owner was super responsive and had it fixed the next day which we really appreciated! It was a short walk within the gated community to the beach which was nice. The pool was closed, I think because they were renovating the clubhouse but probably would not have used anyways. Would definitely recommend and may return in the future! Thanks for a great Christmas getaway!
